Plate Series - 1 of 6

A fragile foundation. A community, a social structure is built around them. Despite scarcely gracing the lips of their people, they remain a fixture within their minds. A charming and friendly stain on the carpet of your childhood home.

Plate Series - 2 of 6

The man who traded his soul to be discussed by people he does not know. Light passes through, but makes no distinction between foreground and background. He has become nothing but his own product. If he stops producing, he is nothing.

Plate Series - 3 of 6

The more she attempts to define herself, the less she sees in the mirror. The more she hunts and chases down the now bloody and mangled trophies to hang around her neck, the harder it is to tell that there is a human standing there.

Plate Series - 4 of 6

They have made peace with the fallacy of completeness. The Great Cycle is too vast to comprehend. They understand there is only moving forward, not completing. The cycles will end on their own time.

Mug Series - 1 of 5

I know what it means to be loved. I know the feeling of security. I know of the worlds that can be created between individuals and the depth and scale of comfort and safety they build for the other. I know how these worlds grow and spread through their thoughts and actions.

Mug Series - 2 of 5

I know what it means to be used. I know what it means to be seen as a tool. I know what it means to be seen as useful, acknowledged, appreciated. The hammer does not share the pride of the carpenter when they admire their work.

Mug Series - 3 of 5

I know what it means to be used and not loved. I know what it means to be discarded for the sake of present ease. I know what it means to be a vessel for someone’s selfish desires and not acknowledged.

Mug Series - 4 of 5

I know what it means to be loved and used. Treasured, beloved, and kept. I know what it means to be looked upon with endearment for the sake of endearing. I know how quiet this love can be.

Mug Series - 5 of 5

I know what it means to be neither loved nor used. I know what it means to be a ghost.

“Discipline is not achieved through blood and sweat. It is necessary for our survival, but comes from love. A love for existence, an exercise of our freedom to create. Discipline is our capacity to love ourselves and our neighbors”
